Delivery times and Postage costs
Delivery times for the USA are normally 7-12 working days. Worldwide deliveries vary depending on your country, please visit our postage page for specific details. Customs duties/tax - Please note for non EU countries there may be customs/import duties to pay depending on the value of the goods, these are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure please check your local customs office, most have online information about import duties and or taxes.

Returns policy
We
want you to be totally happy with you purchase, if not you can return it to
ourselves for a refund or exchange. Please see our Returns policy for full
details.
Pricing and Payment
Purchases
made from outside the HK will be charged in sterling (Except US$, AUD, HK$ and
Pound £) and converted to your currency by your credit card company. For
Eurozone customers please select Euros and we will charge you in Euros. USA
customers will be charged un US$ and Australian Customers will be charged in
AUD. When ordering you must state the correct card holders details including
address, these details are checked for security reasons and any mis-match in
details may cause a delay. Unique-e-store reserve to right to cancel and refund
any order. The processing of your payment and any order acknowledgments
including emails does not constitute a legally binding contract between
Unique-e-store and the purchaser. The sales contract begins on delivery of the
goods to you or collection from our shop.
Credit card security
Credit
card payment will be linked to Paypal directly. This is probably the most
secure credit card payment method available, using all the latest encryption
methods. Your credit card details are not stored on any servers or computers.
Accuracy of website
We
aim to keep all pictures and product descriptions up to date and as accurate as
possible, however we have to rely on the manufacturers and suppliers to provide
the correct information to ourselves. Unique-e-store do try and clarify
information provided is correct but occasionally due to manufacturers product
development changes to a product can occur. Where a weight is given for a
particular product this is the weight quoted by the manufacturer and we cannot
guarantee its accuracy. If any product we supply is different from the
description given we will of course refund or replace.
Back Orders
We
aim to keep all of the goods listed on our website physically in stock, we do
not like some of our competitors list ever single item from ever wholesalers
catalogue as it is not feasibly possible to offer a good service. We update our
site daily so what is listed is in stock, however occasionally mistakes can
happen and if we are out of a product that you order that will delay despatch
by more than 48 hours we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours
and give you the opportunity to cancel, wait or have an alternative.

Compatibility and Fitment
Many
of the products we sell require knowledge on how to fit it and its compatability
with other parts. We are here to offer any technical help via email if required
if you are unsure. Unique-e-store advises that if you are unsure on how to fit
any part and set it up correctly that you seek the help of a qualified cycle
mechanic. Failure to fit the correct compatible part and/or to fit that part
correctly could lead a serious injury or accident.
